Jennifer and Mark Lehrke purchased the historic Prange House in the fall of 2014 and undertook an extensive restoration project to convert the building into four professional office suites utilizing state and federal Historic Preservation Tax Credits by listing it in the State and National Registers of Historic Places. Historic woodwork and plaster were restored, and new insulation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed to improve the building's energy efficiency. The building now houses the offices of Legacy Architecture and several other businesses.
