The historic International Harvester Company showroom and repair garage in Green Bay's popular Broadway commercial district was restored and converted into a bicycle and kayak sales and repair shop utilizing historic tax credits. Two large original skylights were reconstructed, historic plaster walls were repaired, original concrete floors polished, and crisp new retail display fixtures and cabinetry installed. A steel mezzanine event and lounge space overlooks the sales floor from up in between the lofty curved bowstring trusses that were re-exposed during the renovation.
