B Residence Restoration

Location Cedarburg, Wisconsin
Project Type Historic Restoration & Remodel
Project Area 2,740 sq. ft.
Year 2011 - 2013

The entire interior and exterior of this 1897 Victorian was restored. As it had been converted into a duplex decades ago, numerous features were restored converting it back into a single-family house. The original wood clapboard and shingle siding were discovered in great condition and restored after later siding was removed. The front and side porches and ornate wood ornamentation were reconstructed with original detailing. The interior was reconfigured with a new historically sensitive stair, three new bathrooms, and a large modern kitchen.
