This clubhouse replaced the original 1960s sales office of the Lac du Cours neighborhood in Mequon, Wisconsin. Sited between Lac du Cours Lake, tennis courts, and an in-ground community swimming pool, the clubhouse ties together all of the neighborhood's recreational amenities and contains a large assembly room with full kitchen, wet bar, and a fireplace; a large covered porch; and toilet, shower, and changing rooms.
