This fine cream city brick farmhouse, constructed in 1865, was converted into a commercial office space for a landscape contracting company. Project components included a new rear entrance, reception area, offices, conference room, and landscaping library as well as a commercial kitchen and dining area for a small restaurant. To bring the residential building up to commercial building code, new stairs were constructed, as well as an accessible ramp and toilet rooms. The front porch was restored to its original appearance based on historic photographs.
